About Leah
Choosing an agent is one of the bigger decisions attached to buying or selling a home, and most of what makes it go well is unglamorous. Knowing which streets flood, which HOAs are strict, which builder cut corners in 2019, which elementary school people actually move for.
Leah has been doing this for over twenty years and has lived in Colorado Springs since 2009. Her approach is tailored and strategic, built to make the process feel low-stress rather than adversarial.
She is also a toddler mom, which shapes how she thinks about houses more than any credential does. Lifestyle is not a soft consideration when you are the one doing the school run.
Outside of transactions she stays connected through the Junior League of Colorado Springs and ongoing involvement with local schools and family-focused initiatives. She also documents everyday life here on Instagram at @leah_behr.
